- Identify market opportunity and market analysis of specific country through secondary desk search
- Visit market/OEMs for opportunities with existing product range
- Take support of advanced engg group R&D for relevant technical suitability of our products in customer applications
- Sign up developments and joint Dev agreement
- Study emission norms/import duty structure/local pricing strategy and come to conclusion for launch
- Retail and distribution to be set up in the target countries.
- After sales service to be set up in line with After Market Business
- Parts warehousing/customer training & mainly achieve defined target and revenue and profitability from above.
- Will be handling the entire small engine range of GCL manufactured out of Aurangabad and Large engine in Pune
- With specific focus on Vietnam market and later on expand to other South East Asia market in future
